Attention: A certificate used in the OC20 Access Point software expired on Feb 7, 2020. Firmware version 1.2.1 has the fix. OC20 Access Points which are not upgraded to version 1.2.1 will not be able to authenticate with the Cloud server and will be inaccessible for monitoring or configuration in the OfficeConnect Mobile App. Customers are advised to follow the procedure to upgrade the OC20 firmware.

    • 24x7 phone support for the first 90 days
    • 24x7 chat support (English only) for the entire warranty period
    • Next business day shipment of advanced hardware replacement - includes fans and power supplies
    • Affordable service packages offering extended 24x7 phone support (contact the partner where you purchased your gear)

Firmware 1.2.1 Upgrade Procedure

Firmware Upgrade Procedure from a Linux or Mac system:

  • 1. Download the file: OC20Console_Unix.zip
  • 2. Unzip it and open a Terminal
  • 3. Update permissions of the script: sudo chmod +x OC20_upgrade.sh
  • 4. Execute the script: ./OC20_upgrade.sh IP Username Password
IP IP address of the OC20 Access Point
Username Username of the Office Connect site or admin if not set
Password Password of the Office Connect site or admin if not set
  • 5. When the script completes the AP will reboot and will connect to the cloud server

Firmware Upgrade Procedure from a Windows system:

  • 1. Download the file: OC20Console.zip
  • 2. Unzip it and open the OC20Console folder
  • 3. Execute or launch ConsoleStarter.cmd
  • 4. Execute the script: ./OC20_upgrade.sh IP Username Password

  • 5. When the script completes the AP will reboot and will connect to the cloud server
