Unreachable Site

When a HPE OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal site is unreachable from the proxy server, the site appears dimmed in the mobile app or the web application. A message is displayed under the site name stating the site currently has no internet access. To resolve the internet access issue, you may try to connect to the HPE OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal site locally on its main wireless network and launch the HPE OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal mobile app or web application.

NOTE: The HPE OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal mobile app or web application does not allow you to delete the last associated site to your registered email account.
