The Operations Console allows you to see the details of your VMFS storage device, but you cannot mange the device from the Operations Console Block Storage Devices screen.

To unregister the VMFS storage device and remove the backend, deactivate all compute clusters in the vCenter, then unregister the vCenter on the Integrated Tools screen. See Manage VMware vCenter.

To add or delete VMFS volume types, log in to the OpenStack user portal using Administrator credentials, select your project, then navigate to Admin→Volumes→Volume Types.
