Symptom
Drive bays 1-13 or drive bays 14-25 are not available on a server with a 25SFF drive backplane.
Cause
The drive backplane is not cabled properly to the controllers.
Action
Be sure that both backplane ports are connected to either one or two controllers using two SAS cables. The first port connects to bays 1-13, and the second port attaches to bays 14-25. For more information on server cabling, see the server user guide.
