Edit support access

Support access was enabled or disabled on initial configuration.

You can set your appliance to enable your authorized support representative to access it in extreme cases.

Prerequisites 

  • Minimum required privileges: Infrastructure administrator

Enabling or disabling support access

  1. Select ActionsEdit support access in the Settings screen.

  2. Read the WARNING statement on the screen.

  3. Select the appropriate option:

    • Select Enabled if you want to allow an authorized support representative to access your appliance.

    • Select Disabled if you want to deny an authorized support representative access to your appliance.

  4. Click OK.

    Your options are saved and you are returned to the Settings screen.
