All of the packages in the IC server provisioning appliance are provided by Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and at this time, there is no way for you to load user-created packages. However, you can still create your own packages and use them in build plans. To do this, store your packages on the Media Server. The files on the Media Server are accessible using HTTP and Windows file share. A simple script can be created and added to your Build Plan to copy the package over to the target server and unzip it.
