When clicking on a link in the End User License Agreement (EULA) you get an error. Links in the online version of the EULA might not work. Use the version that was included with the Insight Control server provisioning media or zip file and select the links from that file.

What to do if a support dump file creation action fails

Symptom Possible cause and resolution
A support dump file creation action fails. If two support dumps are being created, a subsequent support dump file creation action might fail if there is insufficient time between them.
  • The first support dump might still be running. Support dumps run in the background and can take several minutes depending on how much data there is. Do not close your browser. The support dump download will begin when the appliance is done collecting the data.

  • Verify that another support dump is not running in the background. Wait 10 minutes and try again.
