Enter this command to set the power capping mode for the chassis.
Powercap modes
| 0 | Non-redundancy mode

| 1 | Maximum Performance with Redundancy Mode

| 2 | Full AC/DC Redundancy Mode

| 5 | Power Feed Redundancy Mode
