SET NODE BOOT

Enter this command to set the boot operation for a specific node or all nodes:

  • PXE—Attempts to boot an image hosted by a PXE server on the network.

  • HDD—Boots from locally attached disk drive .

  • ISCSI—If applicable, this boots the cartridge through iSCSI from the NIC.

  • M.2—If applicable, this boots from a locally installed solid state M.2 device.

  • CLEAR—This clears the node boot setting. This is useful to force the ROM to follow UEFI boot options when using UEFI-enabled cartridges.

.

The command accepts an optional second boot source. The second boot source is used if the primary boot source is unavailable at boot.

[NOTE: ]

NOTE: The default boot value for each node is PXE.
