Forcibly remove a server if a remove action fails

If a rack server is experiencing connectivity issues with the appliance and you attempt to remove it, the remove action might fail. In this situation, you can forcibly remove the server, bypassing the connectivity issues.

Removing a server also removes any network connections assigned to it.
