Remote Support

Once remote support is enabled, you can configure and edit the remote support settings and collect remote support data.

If you have not enabled remote support for the appliance, Remote Support is not enabled on the appliance displays. If remote support is enabled for the appliance, but not for this device, Remote Support is not enabled for this device displays.

If remote support is enabled for this device, the following fields display:

Remote Support Data

Status

Status of the data collection such as completed, submitted, or error.

ID

Identifier for the data collection.

Collection date

Date and time the data was collected.

Type

Basic or active health collection

Active health is transmitted every seven days.

Basic data is transmitted every 30 days.
