Adding service partners
Prerequisites
Privileges: Infrastructure administrator or Server administrator
Procedure
- From the main menu, select Settings.

Do one of the following:
- In the Remote Support panel, click .
- Click Remote Support and then select .
- Select Channel Partners from the Remote Support screen menu and click Add Service partner.
- Enter the partner ID.
- Optional: Check Set as default.
- To add partners, click Add or click Add+ to add another partner.
- Verify that the channel partner has been added in the master pane.
