Appliance did not shut down


The appliance stayed up in spite of a shutdown operation.


An internal server error might have occurred.

  1. Required privileges: Infrastructure administrator
  2. Log in as the Infrastructure administrator.
  3. Retry the shutdown action.
  4. Use the hypervisor to perform a graceful shut down.
  5. If the problem persists, create a support dump.
