Edit uplink sets

The Edit screen provides a graphical view of the logical interconnect and its stacking links and uplink sets. Use this screen to make the following configuration changes to a logical interconnect:
  • Add uplink sets.

  • Edit uplink sets (select or clear uplink ports, adjust port speed, select preferred ports).

  • Add or remove a network to an uplink set.

  • Add or remove a network set to an uplink set.

  • Edit the LACP timer.

Changing the configuration of an uplink set does not require that you take logical interconnect offline.

Privileges: Infrastructure administrator or Network administrator

  1. From the main menu, select NETWORKING > Logical Interconnects, and then select the logical interconnect to edit.

If the uplink set contains uplink ports from multiple interconnects, you cannot add FCoE networks.

  2. Select Actions > Edit.
  3. Click the Edit icon of the uplink set in the graphical view.
  4. Make the appropriate changes. See Create or edit uplink sets for more information.

Any networks removed from uplink sets are automatically added to the internal networks.

  5. Click OK.
  6. Verify your uplink set changes in the Uplink Sets view.
