Adding service partners

Prerequisites

Privileges: Infrastructure administrator or Server administrator

Procedure
  1. From the main menu, select Settings.
  2. Do one of the following:
    1. In the Remote Support panel, click ..
    2. Click Remote Support and then select Actions > Edit.
  3. Select Channel Partners from the Remote Support screen menu and click Add Service partner.
  4. Enter the partner ID.
  5. Optional: Check Set as default.
  6. To add partners, click Add or click Add+ to add another partner.
  7. Verify that the channel partner has been added in the master pane.
