Edit remote support

Prerequisites

Required privileges: Infrastructure administrator or Server administrator

Procedure
  1. From the main menu, select Settings.
  2. Do one of the following:
    1. In the Remote Support panel, click ..
    2. Click Remote Support and then select Actions > Edit.
  3. Enter the data that you want to change on the screen.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Verify that the changes have been made in the details pane.
