HPE OneView Remote Technician
With HPE OneView Remote Technician, troubleshooting and resolving support issues is faster and easier. At your invitation, authenticated Hewlett Packard Enterprise support technicians access your HPE OneView appliance through a secure TLS connection to troubleshoot and diagnose issues. You do not have to be present when a trusted support technician diagnoses the issue, including downloading logs directly without the need for an FTP site.
HPE OneView Remote Technician is built into HPE OneView 4.1 and later with no additional applications.
