Appliance did not shut down
The appliance stayed up in spite of a shutdown operation.
An internal server error might have occurred.
- Required privileges: Infrastructure administrator
- Log in as the Infrastructure administrator.
- Retry the shutdown action.
- Retry the shutdown action from the Maintenance console.
- If the problem persists, create a support dump.
