Add an email recipient and filter
Use this procedure to set up an email notification when a specific alert is generated.
Prerequisites
Privileges: Infrastructure administrator
Email notification must be configured.
The specified alert to capture.
List of potential recipients if that alert is generated.
Procedure
- From the main menu, select Settings.

Do one of the following:
- In the Notifications panel, click .
- Click Notifications, and then select .
- Supply the data requested in the Edit Notifications screen.
- Click Add alert email filter.

Supply the data requested in the
Add Alert Email Filter screen.
- Click Add to return to the Edit Notifications screen or click Add + to add another entry.
- On return to the Edit Notifications screen, the Filters list displays your entry or entries.
- Review your entries, and click OK to apply them.
