Clustered appliance support dumps

When a support dump file is created from a clustered appliance, it contains information from both the active appliance and the standby appliance, irrespective of the connection state. If the standby appliance is not reachable, minimal log files are included, provided you have opted to create an encrypted support dump. The support dump is named with the fully-qualified domain name, the enclosure name, and the appliance bay of the local appliance. You can get the support dump using the Maintenance console on the local appliance.
