Firmware updates

Many common problems can be resolved by updating the firmware. Firmware updates and additional information can be found in the following ways:

• SPP: Update the firmware by downloading SPP on the HP website.
• HP Support Center website: The most recent version of a particular server or option firmware from the HP website.

  To locate the drivers for a particular server, go to the HP website and click on Drivers, Software & Firmware. Then, enter your product name in the Find an HP product field and click Go.

• Subscription services: HP offers a subscription service that can provide notification of firmware updates. For more information, see "Subscription services."
