Use the
Uncore Frequency Scaling option to control the frequency scaling of the processor's internal busses.
Procedure
From the
System Utilities screen, select
System Configuration > BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU) > Power and Performance Options > Uncore Frequency Scaling.
Select a setting.
Auto—Enables the processor to dynamically change frequencies based on workload.
Maximum or minimum frequency—Enables tuning for latency or power consumption.
