Cannot download the file in the network boot URL
You see an error message when you try to download the file in the URL you specified for a network boot.

The network URL you specified during static configuration are incorrect.

Use the Embedded UEFI Shell
ping
command to check the network connection. See “Ping” in the UEFI Shell user guide. - Change your static network connection settings and try to download the file in URL again.

- Ensure that there is a DHCP server available and it is operational.
- Try to download the file in the URL again.

No cable is connected to the selected NIC port.
- Ensure that there is a cable connection.
- Try to download the URL again.

The file is incorrect or not present on the server, or it cannot be downloaded due to insufficient privileges. Check the file name and that it exists on the server. Make sure that you have admin privileges on the server.
- Ensure that the file is present, and that you are using the correct file name and have sufficient privileges to download it.
- Try to download the file in the URL again.

- Ensure that the HTTP or FTP server you specified is available and that it is operational.
