5019 - Server state is NO_COMM

Severity: MAJOR

Description: The Virtual Connect Manager is unable to communicate with the server.

Possible cause: The server is not responding to commands from the Virtual Connect Manager due to a BIOS/iLO or hardware issue.

Actions:

• Ensure there are no power issues in the enclosure.
• Check appropriate BIOS or ILO versions are installed.
• Verify the communication between OA and VC.
• Remove and install the server blade.
• Replace the server.
