Symptom

348-NVDIMM Population Error – NVDIMMs are not supported in Processor X, DIMM Y. Action: Remove the NVDIMM from Processor X, DIMM Y.

– System Halted!

Cause

  • The server does not support NVDIMMs.

  • The server does not support NVDIMMs installed in the indicated DIMM slot.

Action
Remove the NVDIMM from Processor X, slot Y.
