Symptom

1732-Slot # Drive Array – Cache Module Battery Pack Missing. Posted-Write Cache is disabled until additional battery packs are installed.

Cause

  • The battery pack has not been installed.

  • The battery pack is degraded or has failed.

Action
  1. Be sure that the battery is connected and functioning.
