8012 - FC Fabric state FAILED

Severity: CRITICAL

Description: The VC fabric lost all uplink connectivity because of lack of configured ports or all configured ports are in a bad state.

Possible causes:

• The VC fabric has no configured ports. The user removed all the uplink ports from the fabric.
• ALL VC fabric ports are in one of the following states:
  • FAILED (hardware error), UNAVAILABLE (not logged in), DISABLED, UNKNOWN (FC module NO-COMM).
  • There is no uplink that is in DEGRADED or OK state.

Action: Configure the uplink ports.
