Drive Offline due to Erase Operation: The physical drive is offline and the erase process has been failed

Symptom

Drive Offline due to Erase Operation: The physical drive is offline and the erase process has been failed. The drive may now be brought online through the re-enable erased drive command in SSA.

Cause

The erase process has failed.

Action

Re-enable the physical drive using HPE SSA.
