HPE Persistent Memory Module configuration errors

Symptom

An error message displays, stating that the memory option (DIMM or PMM) installed is not supported in the current configuration or that the memory option is not populated in the correct location for the configuration.

Cause
  • The memory option installed is not supported in the current configuration.

  • The memory option is not installed in a supported configuration.

Action
  1. To ensure that you use a correct configuration, review the memory population rules for your server.

  2. Remove the memory option indicated in the error message.
