Firmware updates

Many common issues can be resolved by updating the firmware. Firmware updates and additional information can be found in the following ways:

• SPP: Update the firmware by downloading SPP from the Hewlett Packard Enterprise website (http://www.hpe.com/servers/spp).
• Hewlett Packard Enterprise Support Center website: Update the firmware by downloading the most recent version of a particular server or option firmware from the Hewlett Packard Enterprise Support Center website (http://www.hpe.com/support/hpesc).
• Subscription services: Hewlett Packard Enterprise offers a subscription service that can provide notification of firmware updates.
