Determine the error reason, and then do one of the following:

Replace the specified drive as directed.

Remove the logical JBOD.

Check the drive status and volume integrity by using the Smart Storage Administrator.
- If this drive is part of a non-fault-tolerant configuration, back up all data before replacing the drive, and then restore all data.
- If this drive is part of a fault-tolerant configuration, do not replace this drive unless all other drives in the volume are online.

If the issue persists, contact your authorized support representative, and provide them with a support dump file.
