Cause

  • No execution permission on the directory or file.

  • The staged files are in use by other process.

Action
  1. Verify that the staging directory has the correct permissions.
  2. Verify that the previously staged files are not being used by any other application.
  3. Retry the operation by applying the baseline settings again.
