Symptom

OneView is unable to communicate with the enclosure's link modules.

Cause

  • The enclosure is being removed from management.

  • Network connectivity issues exist between the appliance and enclosure.

  • A cabling error exists.

Action
  • If the enclosure is intentionally being removed from management, delete the specified logical enclosure, and then remove the enclosure.
  • If the enclosure is not being removed from management, do the following:

    • Verify the path from the appliance to the enclosure.

    • Verify proper connections between LINK and/or MGMT ports and the network infrastructure.
