Symptom

344-NVDIMM Error – NVDIMM Controller Error - Processor X, DIMM Y. An error was found with the NVDIMM controller. The OS will not use the NVDIMM. Action: Update the NVDIMM FW. If issue persists, replace the NVDIMM.

Cause

  • An NVDIMM controller firmware update was interrupted.

  • The NVDIMM controller has failed.

Action
  1. If the error persists, replace the NVDIMM.
