Network personalization of a server can happen in one of two places:

You can do network personalization when preparing to run an OS Installation Build Plan. On the Run OS Build Plans screen, select the Customize option in the Network sub-section of the screen and configure the NICs.

You can also do network personalization when target servers are already running a production operating system. On the Servers screen, select the desired servers and choose Actions→Configure Network.
