The Settings Overview screen displays read only information associated with various configuration settings.
Use the following View menu selections to navigate to additional screens for more details.

You can also access these additional details screens by selecting the title whenever there is a > next to it (for example click Appliance > in the Appliance pane to see more details about the appliance settings).
To edit any of the setting shown on the Settings Overview screen, select Edit in any of the panes to display a screen for editing.
The following tables provide a description of the information displayed on the Settings Overview screen.

Resource status |
Indicates the status of the required VM resource. The appliance has the following minimum requirements:

Host name |
Appliance host name. If you are supplying a DNS server, this host name must be fully qualified. From a supported browser, you can navigate to the appliance using this name or by using the appliance IP address. |

Date/time |
Current appliance date and time. This is the date and time used by the UI. The time zone is UTC. |

Insight Control server provisioning version currently running. |

IP address or host name of the Windows file share that is hosting the Media Server. |
File share name |
Name of the Windows file share on the Media Server. |
File share user |
Windows user name that has access to the file share. |
HTTP server host |
IP address of the system hosting the HTTP media server. |

Virtual directory on the HTTP server that points to the lower level folder where all the media are stored. |

Gateway |
Gateway for the DHCP server on the appliance. This is only displayed if DHCP is enabled and is an optional field. |

WinPE PXE |
Indicates the version used when servers PXE boot to WinPE, either WinPE 4.0 or WinPE 3.1. When running a Build Plan that requires a different WinPE version, the target server automatically shuts down and gets booted to the correct version. Default service OS |
Default service OS is used when adding bare metal servers to Insight Control server provisioning. To discover a bare metal system, the system is usually booted into a special service OS. The service OS has enough software on it to report various details about the server to the management software and also deploy a production operating system.

Facility name |
This is the customer-provided name of your facility. |

Server discovery naming |
Indicates whether you are using default or customized rules for the display name that gets assigned to a server when it first boots into maintenance. To customize server discovery naming, select Edit to reach the Edit OS Deployment settings screen. |

Matrix user account | Indicates whether the Matrix user account is configured or not.

To see additional Security settings information, click Security >. Select Edit to invoke the procedure to acquire the Public Key, configure local login or add directories. |
