You cannot see Enterprise installation progress

Symptom Possible cause and recommendation
You cannot see the Enterprise installation progress indicator

You terminated your console session

  1. While the installation is in progress, keep your console session active.

    • Do not refresh the Enterprise screen.

    • Do not log off the CloudSystem console.

NOTE: While the installation is in progress, you can navigate to other console screens and see the progress indicator when you return to the Enterprise screen.


You cannot reinstall Enterprise

Symptom Possible cause and recommendation
Reinstalling Enterprise does not succeed

You cannot reinstall Enterprise in your existing Foundation environment

  1. Restart the Foundation appliance. (SettingsActionsRestart)

  2. When the login screen appears, log in.

  3. Retry the Install CloudSystem Enterprise action.
