Cause

  • Component is not available in the baseline.

  • The baseline location is no longer accessible.

Action
  1. Verify that the necessary components are available in the specified baseline.
  2. Verify that the baseline is accessible over HTTP for the duration of the stage.
  3. Retry the operation by applying the baseline settings again.
