Symptom

Login name is too long.

Cause

The value of the USER_LOGIN parameter exceeded the maximum length.

Action

Enter a valid USER_LOGIN value. This value:

• Can be any combination of printable characters up to a maximum length of 39 characters.
• Is case sensitive.
• Must not be blank.
