The server profile's connections have access to volumes that are not managed by OneView

Symptom

The server profile's connections have access to volumes that are not managed by OneView. OneView may delete zones when the last managed volume is removed which could result in the loss of access to unmanaged volumes.

This alert is new in HPE OneView 3.1.

Action
  • Do one of the following:

    • Add the unmanaged volumes to OneView and create volume attachments to those volumes.

    • Clear this alert, leaving the configuration as-is.

    • Use the link to remove access to volumes not managed by OneView.

    • Manually remove access to volumes via the storage system and OneView will clear the alert on the next refresh.
