User has reached half the maximum allowed HP Passport login authentication failures.

Cause

The HP Passport account password has been entered incorrectly several times.

Action

Do one of the following:

• Verify the HP Passport account password was entered correctly.
• Reset the HP Passport account password using the Hewlett Packard Enterprise Support Center website.
