Symptom

The "Firmware Only" option is not supported when the high security mode has been enabled for this server.

This alert was removed in HPE OneView 4.1.

Cause

Action
Do one of the following:

  • Try the firmware update by using the Firmware only using Smart update tools option.

  • Switch the iLO to a Production mode to update the firmware.
