Symptom

OneView is unable to communicate with the enclosure's link modules.

Cause

  • The enclosure is no longer managed by OneView.

  • Network connectivity issues exist between the appliance and enclosure.

  • A cabling error exists.

Action
  1. If the enclosure is intentionally being removed from management, delete the specified logical enclosure, and then remove the enclosure.
  2. If the enclosure is not being removed from management, do the following:

    • Verify the path from the appliance to the enclosure.

    • Verify proper connections between LINK and/or MGMT ports and the network infrastructure.
