Symptom

226-Power fault detected – Embedded storage controller.

Cause

The storage controller is not fully seated.

Action

If the storage controller is embedded on the system board, open a support case using the Hewlett Packard Enterprise Support Center website (https://www.hpe.com/support/hpesc).
If the storage controller is on a removable board, locate and reseat the indicated storage controller option.
