Symptom

The iLO's CA signed certificate does not have a valid identity (hostname or IP Address) for allowing a secure trusted communication.

This alert was updated in HPE OneView 4.1.

Action
  1. Verify that the host name and IP address specified in the iLO certificate is valid.
  2. Verify that the DNS is configured properly.
  3. Verify that the host name specified in the iLO certificate can be resolved to the IP address that is being used to establish a connection.
  4. If you regenerate the iLO certificate with a different host name or IP address, you must add the root certificate and any appropriate intermediate certificates into the HPE OneView trust store.
  5. Refresh the server, and then retry the operation.
