Unable to import the local storage configuration

Symptom

Unable to import the local storage configuration from the server hardware because the following tracked logical drives with the same drive numbers exist in OneView: Logical drives X from Y SAS controller.

This alert is new starting with HPE OneView 4.1.

Action
Do one of the following:

  • Delete the duplicate tracked drives from the server profile and reapply the profile.

  • Choose to manage the controller manually.

  • If supported, select the option to reinitialize the controller configuration.
