Unable to fetch the firmware installation status from the server hardware.

Action
  1. Verify that network connectivity to the iLO is in a healthy condition by viewing the health of the server from the Server Hardware page.
  2. Check if there are any active network connectivity alerts in the Activity section of the Server Hardware page.

    Follow any recommended actions to resolve the alert.

  3. Retry the operation.
  4. If the issue persists, contact a support specialist and provide them with the following information:

    • Support dump file

    • AHS logs collected from the iLO
