Symptom

3134-One-button secure erase error - Trusted Platform Module.

Cause
The system is unable to perform the One-button secure erase operation on the Trusted Platform Module due to one of the following:

  • Faulty hardware

  • An issue with the device firmware

Action
  1. Update the Trusted Platform Module firmware.
