Cause- Settings were lost during server hardware refresh.
- New hardware was installed.
- A restore from backup was performed.
Action-
If the error is caused by refreshing server hardware, reapply the server profile.

If the error is caused by installing server hardware, change the profile server hardware type to match that of the actual server hardware.

If the error is the result of performing a restore from backup, unassign and then reassign all affected profiles.
This step is required to avoid duplicate MAC or WWN addresses in your environment.
