3164-The system failed to complete the One-button secure erase operation

Symptom

3164-The system failed to complete the One-button secure erase operation on some devices after two attempts. The system will power off and other erase operations will continue.

Action
  1. Review the Integrated Management Log for events related to the error, and follow any recommended actions.
  2. Update the firmware on the failing device.
